Delivery and Installation

Mounties Care takes care of the delivery and installation of larger items, such as lift chairs and beds. We’ll also drop your scooter or wheelchair right at your door. We do this all the while giving training and instruction on safe use and tips for ongoing maintenance. It’s important to us that the products we sell you are able to improve your life as much as possible.

Depending on the number of staff required, the difficulty of the install (presence of staircases, etc.), and the distance travelled, we will charge a fee. We’re happy to discuss those fees on a case by case basis, and understand if you’d prefer to go with an alternative arrangement instead.

For smaller items we are able to arrange postage direct to your address. This will be charged at standardised rates that are listed on each product page.
